# Governance

DAO is an acronym that stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organisations. A DAO is a collectively-owned, blockchain-governed organization working towards a shared mission.

The Horaverse will have **its own DAO system** in the future as we grow our community. As we reach the final stages of development in NFT City Miner, we will add more content and features to this section.

In the Horaverse we would like to share the responsibility of our ETH Fund along with the future of the projects with our community. Our Governance will basically **represent** Ecosystem Fund Allocation.

It is of utmost importance for us to allocate the funds from our ecosystem in a proper, effective and reliable manner. We believe that, if we include the community in this process, it can lead to the prosperity of one project because at the bottom line - **our community is the investor**, and it is in everyone’s interest for Horaverse to prosper.

## Membership

Holding a Horaverse Pass or Hora Coin will be the only parameter needed for the participation/membership in our DAO. Whoever is a holder of $HCOIN will be able to submit an idea, proposal or suggestion which will be reviewed by the Hora Games team. Each of these will have to fulfill certain criteria and follow certain guidelines which will be introduced in the later stages of the development.

## Launch of DAO

As our development progresses, we will provide more details.
