According to the MLTFPA of Estonia, a holder of an FIU license must comply with KYC/AML policy. Hora Technologies OÜ does not offer an exchange/wallet/payment initiation service, and the issued tokens are not classified as a means of payment or a security token. Thus no mandatory KYC requirements for Hora Technologies OÜ are applicable.
