đ¸ī¸NFT GPUs
NFT crafting system
In Crypto Idle Miner, the entire gameplay represents the simulation of real-life crypto mining and trading. With NFTs, we intended to expand this simulation and create a unique utilization of NFTs that has not been presented in play-and-earn projects. Crypto Idle Miner NFTs will be a part of a bigger picture, a much bigger system that will be player-oriented with a rare and quite uncommon opportunity to make a profit!
Players will be able to obtain certain NFTs in the game that will represent the parts of NFT GPUs. Once crafted, they will form one whole NFT GPU. In real life, GPU is a necessary part of crypto mining.
Importance of NFT GPUs
Crypto Idle Miner will be a place in which you can obtain Hora Tokens and NFT GPU Parts. Both are necessary to form a greater NFT GPU.
Once players collect 3 NFT GPUs, they will be able to form a superior NFT, that will simulate PoW mining system and represent one rig, which we named - Hora Miner. When placed in a NFT City Miner web3 app, Hora Miner will start generating the premium cryptocurrency of the Horaverse, Hora Coin ($HCOIN).
You can read everything about Hora Miner in the NFT City Miner section.
Each NFT GPU has 3 important elements: parts, rarity and stats.
NFT GPU Parts
All NFT GPUs are made out of 4 parts:
GPU Base
GPU Chip
GPU Cooling
GPU Front Plate
All of these parts can be obtained by reaching certain milestones in the game, as well from chests or certain types of Events. Also NFT GPU Parts can be obtained by staking, which will be explained in a dedicated Staking section.
Once all of the NFT GPU Parts are collected, the crafting of one whole NFT GPU happens in the Factory building in Crypto Idle Miner game or in the NFT City Miner web3 app.
Rarity
Each NFT GPU Part is divided into 3 rarities which determine the power and the rarity of one particular NFT GPU.
NFT GPU Part rarities are:
Common, Rare and Epic
Different combinations of NFT GPU Parts will result in different final NFT GPUs. As in parts rarity classification, there will be the same classification of whole NFT GPU rarities with one big addition:
Common, Rare and Epic
Legendary - limited edition of NFT GPUs that can be obtained only in certain conditions such as sales, events, airdrops, collaboration announcements etc.
Stats
There are 3 stats that every NFT GPU possesses:
Power Consumption - depends on the quality of a GPU Base used in the creation of the NFT GPU. Power Consumption is an important stat because different tier buildings will have different power output capacities, and building owners/managers will be incentivized to balance different tier rigs in their buildings in order to maximize their mining efficiency.
Hashrate - depends on the quality of a GPU Chip used in the creation of the NFT GPU. Hashrate, expressed in megahash-per-second (MH/s), will be the core power of the NFT GPU. It shows how much a NFT GPU has mining power in 1 second.
Overclock Multiplier - depends on GPU Fans and the GPU Front plate used in the creation of the NFT GPU. Overclock multiplier is closely tied to the building cooling efficiency. Higher tier buildings will have more efficient cooling and thus will increase a NFT GPU's capacity for overclocking, in turn increasing the Hashrate in the process.
GPU Efficiency is a combined stat that represents the hashrate-per-watt (MH/w) efficiency of the NFT GPU, and itâs calculated in the following way:
GPU Efficiency = (Hashrate * Overclock Multiplier) / Power Consumption
GPU Efficiency is the best indicator of the overall efficiency of a NFT GPU, and the combined GPU Efficiency of 3 NFT GPUs determines the core power of NFT Rigs (Hora Miners).
All of the stats will be codependent. If a rig with a big overclock capacity gets placed in a building with a high cooling efficiency, the power consumption will increase accordingly.
NFT GPU stats will offer a huge potential for different types of balancing strategy to NFT City Miner building owners as well as rig owners, as the variety of buildings and variety of NFT GPUs will yield vastly different results depending on the proper management of buildings for the owners/managers, and proper selection of buildings to apply to for Hora Miner owners.
