# Pre-sale

Pre-sales are seen as a favorable circumstance for an investment before digital assets appear on the market. Once they are live on the markets, digital assets become scarce to acquire, so with this stage in our roadmap, we would like to give **the opportunity to all interested investors** who see the **potential of the Horaverse**, in its early stages of development.

We have decided to go with this step as one of the main sources of funding for NFT City Miner and the entire Horaverse. By owning a Building NFT, users are getting a cut of mined Hora Coins ($HCOIN) - our premium currency, whose price is backed by our ETH Fund, directly reinforced by pre-sale and future sales.

This will create a sustainable income for building owners and will not affect the financial stability of the project.

## Pre-sale Details

We will do a **sale of Building NFTs** in several phases, all of which will be happening on our specially designed platform - **Hora Hub**. The initial phase (pre-sale) will have **10.000 Building NFTs.**
